KWPN "Z+ZZ" LEVEL SHOWJUMPING STALLION COMPETITION - 09.02.10
In the Z Level Showjumping Final there were three stallions in sight of the Championship prior to Den Bosch. Wittinger VDL (Indoctro x Irusa Keur Pref by Nimmerdor: Stud - VDL), Wizzerd (Indoctro x S-Maywies Keur Sport Spr by Corland: Stud - Team Nijhof) and Whistler (Holland x Saloma Ster by Iroko: Stud - S van Dellen), all within 50 points.
Of the 8 stallions, 6 got through to the jump-off, and of these four produced double clears. The times in the jump-off could not have been closer. However is was the outstanding grey Wallenberg who duplicated his 2009 win (Stakkato x Asulina by Libero H: Stud - Team Nijhof) and produced the winning round, showing his speed and scope. Second place by just 0.02 went to Eurocommerce Canturano (Canturo x Madonna IV by Coriano: Stud - Eurocommerce & Team Nijhof) who gave a faultless effort, and Wittinger VDL came a close third place by 0.21 showing a lovely technique over the fences.
However, it was Wittinger VDL that was crowned Champion followed closely by the second Indoctro son, Wizzerd and then Whistler who both scored 58 points each.

KWPN "M" SHOWJUMPING STALLION COMPETITION - 09.02.10
Again the M Level class was hotly contested. Running up to the final show in Den Bosch several stallions were in the running to becoming the overall Champion, with minimal points seperating them all.
Of the 10 starters, 8 jumped clear to go into the jump-off. Of those in the jump-off eventually 5 went on to gain a double clear. The winner on the night was the gorgeous Carambole (Cassini I x Normandi VI by Concerto II: Stud - Ritta Hoeve). This Cassini I one son jumped an immaculate round for Willem Greve to win the class. In second place was the big scopey grey Zacharov (Clinton x Oldine by Lord Z: Stud - Team Nijhof) owned by Team Nijhof beat by 1.31 seconds. In third was Zidane (Ladas x Marette by Graf Grannus: Stud - Uyterts) who also produced two faultless rounds.
However, overall it left three stallions in this section, all on equal scores of 80 points. Zidane, VH Querly-Elvis W (Querlybet Hero x Unique by Heartbreaker: Stud - Eurocommerce) and Zavall VDL (Casall x Remilia Elite by Emilion: Stud - VDL). However, it was Zidane that was crowned the Champion of the night for Uyterts.
