MFS VISION

MFS VISION was the highest graded stallion in 2005, with the top award of "Licensed" by KWPN graders Ina van Deurzen and Bart Henkstra. He was the first stallion in over 3 years at that time to be given this top award. As a 2 year old he was also awarded a 1st Premium by the highly regarded KWPN judge and Stallion owner "Mr Toine Hoefs".

MFS VISION comes from a proven lineage of stallions and mares. His sire is the "Preferent" stallion Flemmingh, sire of International dressage horses Krack C and Lingh. His grand-sire Ferro (also "Preferent") competed at International level and has left a dynasty of sons in Holland, including Champion stallion Rousseau. His great grand-sire Triton was an International showjumper under Piet Raymakers.

MFS VISION stems from the KWPN mare lineage - Loma-stam, merrielijn 22, fokfamilie 75. From this line we find many Approved stallions and International sport horses. His pedigree reads like a who`s who of the most influential sires in the world today: VDL Flemmingh, Ferro, Landgraf I, Capitano, Cor De Lay Bryere, Ulft, Le Mexico, Farn & Triton. He has the best of Dutch, Holstein and French breeding!

MFS VISION is suited to most mares and will add plenty of movement, especially through the highleg. He adds more refinement to his foals along with height. His foals all show excellent temperaments, with bold and friendly characters, with great trainability. Due to his bloodlines he would equally suit showjumping, dressage or eventing mares.

His foals have all inherited his movement and he has matched well on warmbloods, thoroughbreds, anglo-arabs and the heavier type of mares.

2004 - 1st Premium as a 2 Year Old with KWPN Judges - Toine Hoefs & Ina van Deurzen

2005 - Licensed SSH Stallion as 3 year old with KWPN Judges - Ina van Deurzen & Bart Henkstra

2006 - First year at stud, and one of the most popular stallions standing at Stud in Scotland. Goes under saddle at the age of 4.

2007 - First crop of foals saw 4 out of 5 gain 1st Premiums judged by Dutch & Swedish Judges. With filly MFS Cassandra awarded 9 out of 10 for movement and highest awarded of all horses forward

2008 - MFS Vision is based in Holland with Christa Laarakkers to further his dressage career. Several stock do well at the BEF Young Horse Evaluations and throughout several County Shows

2009 - Several stock do well at County Shows, including several Champions & Reserve Champions. MFS Caliana is highest graded horse at the Scottish Sports Horse Annual Grading

MFS VISION had an excellent first foal crop in 2007, with the highest placed foals for movement out of 145 horses graded at the Scottish Sports Horse gradings. With his filly “MFS Cassandra” being awarded 9 out of 10 for trot and 8 out of 10 for canter. All his foals were awarded an average mark of 8 out of 10 for movement, with 4 out of 5 gaining 1st Premium awards.

In 2008 his stock proved themselves in the show ring, with the coloured yearling colt “Coloured Vision” winning three Reserve Champions, and a 2nd place at the Sports Horse Class at the Royal Highland Show.

At the 2008 BEF Young Horse Futurity Evaluations the following MFS VISION youngsters achieved great results:

In 2009 MFS VISION has had another excellent year with his progeny:

MFS CALIANA (MFS Vision x Jurius) - Highest Scoring Horse at the SSH Annual Gradings held in September 2009. Multiple Champion and Reserve Champion Show Horse including Champion Sports Horse at the Keith County Show. 1st Premium awarded and Reserve High Scoring 2 Year Old in Scotland, by the BEF Young Horse Evaluations in Scotland.

BISHOPSTONS FOREVER MORE DIOR (MFS Vision x Jurius) - Younger sister to MFS Caliana, again multiple Champion and Reserve Champion, including coming 2nd in the Sports Horse Yearling class at the prestigious Royal Highland Show out of 18 entries. Also Reserve Champion at the Keith County Show in the Sports Horse Class alongside her full sister. 1st Premium and high scoring at the SSH Annual Gradings held in September 2009.

WILDWIND ILLUSION (MFS Vision), was 2nd in the Sports Horse 2 Year old Class at the Angus Show.
